You know how sometimes you don't realize how much pain you're in until you take an aspirin? Well, that was me with our former credit card processing company. Brendon stopped by to show me Summit's system and I didn't realize until that point how frustrated I was with the other company. Brendon took care of getting us set up and drove an hour to come down and show us how to use the new system. Even after all my chatting and asking incessant questions, Brendon didn't have to stay long because that's how straightforward the system is. We're very excited about how easy the recurring payments feature is to use and the card terminals have made taking payments a much smoother process. Brendon has been providing us with ongoing support and is available whenever I have a question. I really cannot recommend Summit Payments highly enough. I am a small business owner who believes in the power of good customer service. I am, unfortunately, rarely impressed with the service I receive from most interactions in which I am the customer. Summit Payments, however, is exceptional top to bottom in providing excellent customer service.  Brendan will make sure you are always getting the best rates and takes most of the technology hassle out of credit card processing. He is always prompt in responding to any communication. I don’t give reviews unless I feel I need to.
I have been a small business owner for over 30 years, the last 23 of which have been in the dry cleaning business, which means I have dealt with a ton of sale people vying for my business in one way or another.
I met Mr. Brendon Degner when he walked into my shop off the street, not to sell me something, but to show me how he could help my business.
His professional attitude, dress and demeanor told me he was worth listening to, and boy am I glad I didn’t point out the “NO SOLICITING” sign to him.
Brendon is a very rare individual. He is first and foremost a family man, and secondly a professional at what he does.  By professional I mean, he enjoys the people he works with and is willing to always step in and take care of any situation you may need help with.  He always answers my phone calls with the first question being “How can I help you, what’s going on?”
He has done more for my business by saving me money than anyone I have ever worked with.
He takes excellent care of his clients.  I always enjoy seeing him although it is not enough. When a problem does arise he listens to
me and then offers options for me, in order to resolve the situation. He is fantastic at what he does. I urge you, if you are serious about your business and it’s efficiency level then this is the guy you need in your team. You won’t ever regret it.
